Ambitious projects. Shared pride.

ICM fully embraces the key events of the Wanty Group, while also maintaining its own team-building moments.

Excellence Day (Saint Barbara's Day)

A key event combining:

  • training sessions (safety, new technologies, construction innovation)
  • discussions on the group's vision and projects
  • honouring of long-serving employees and retirees

Safety Day

Training sessions, conferences, discussions, visits to iconic construction sites (RAAL La Louvière, Chertal…), discovery of the roles in other group subsidiaries. A moment to learn, understand, and strengthen collective pride.

Why work at ICM?

Because building isn't just about stacking square metres.

Choosing ICM, means choosing a company where:

  • engineering remains connected to on-site reality
  • technical decisions have a direct and visible impact
  • quality, deadlines, and safety are non-negotiable

At ICM, you work on concrete, meaningful, and often iconic projects, such as the RAAL La Louvière stadium.

It also means joining:

  • a locally rooted company
  • integrated into a strong group that prioritises in-house expertise over excessive subcontracting
  • a growing company

ICM, Trends Gazelle award winner

In 2023 and 2024, ICM was awarded the Trends Gazelles prize for two consecutive years in the Large Enterprises category for Namur province. Trends Gazelles recognises companies with the strongest growth. And because we know how to celebrate our victories, we gathered for a drink to toast this recognition. In 2026, we are nominated again – fingers crossed for a third win!

An engineering culture… profoundly human

Technology, yes. People, always.

At ICM, the company culture mirrors its history:
family-oriented, demanding, and authentic.

Founded by Pierre Masset and later acquired by the Wanty Group, the company has retained:

  • a very local spirit
  • genuine closeness between teams
  • a pride in a job well done

Here, we know each other. We exchange ideas. We move forward together.

The ICM culture involves:

  • high technical standards
  • a strong culture of quality and safety

Growing with ICM

Real career paths, at the heart of projects.

At ICM, career progression isn't about fancy titles, but about:

  • the diversity of projects
  • versatility in roles
  • gradual skill development

An ICM engineer is not an 'armchair engineer'. They follow their project from start to finish:

  • understanding client needs
  • studies and calculations
  • coordination with production
  • monitoring on-site assembly

For workers and production teams, ICM offers:

  • technical and rewarding roles
  • learning and development opportunities
  • genuine recognition of on-site expertise

Safety and quality, without compromise

Sustainable construction begins with strong protection.

At ICM, safety is an integral part of our culture. Training, awareness campaigns, dedicated days, clear procedures: everyone is responsible for their own safety and that of others.

Quality is also a cornerstone. Workshop production, process mastery, anticipating constraints: everything is designed to deliver reliable, durable, and high-performance structures.
